Questions and Answers
Why should I reserve an E-bike in advance? There are a limited number of e-bikes that are available for rent. Reservations insure a bike is held for you.
Do I need to leave a deposit? A deposit is not required, any damages incurred during your rental period will be charged to the renter of the e-bike.
Do you offer rental insurance? It is not an option at this time. We are in the process of obtaining this service. Currently the renter is fully responsible for any damages/loss during the rental period.
What if the bike is stolen or damaged? The renter is held responsible for the rental bike and equipment from the time it is released to the renter's custody until the time it is returned to E-Bike Adventures. To avoid additional fees, make sure to always care for and protect your rented equipment as if it were your own. It should be returned in the same condition as it left the shop.

Do you rent daily, hourly or weekly? We currently offer 2 hour rentals $35.00,
4 hour rentals $50.00, 8 hour rentals $80.00 and 2 day rentals (9am day 1 until 5:00pm day 2) $150.00. If you are interested in a customized rental period please feel
free to contact us to see if we may be able to accommodate your needs.
Can I change a reservation? Yes, in most cases your reservation can be revised within 5 days of your scheduled rental reservation date. Please contact E- Bike Adventures directly.
What are your hours? Sunday through Tuesday hours are based on reservations only. E-Bike Adventures store front is Open Wednesday through Saturday 9 am to 5 pm.
What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations made 7 days prior to reservation date will be 100% refunded. Cancellations 6 days or less prior to reservation and No Shows will be charged a 15% cancellation fee to cover processing fees.
RAIN DAYS ARE 100% REFUNDED.
Is there an age requirement to ride e-bikes? You must be 18 years or older to book and ride our e-bikes.
What is included with the E-Bike rental? The rental includes your e-bike, a helmet, lock and bottle holder.
Is delivery and pick up service available? Yes. We can deliver and/or pick up the bikes to specific locations. There is an additional fee for this service based on distance from the shop. How do you protect my privacy/information? We value your privacy as much as we value your business. Under no circumstance do we provide unnecessary access to your personal or transaction information (except as required by law). All credit card transactions are conducted via a secure encrypted connection.
